- xenihn 7y agoAre you saying that there are insurers who don't base their rating decisions on actuarial data? Isn't that a requirement?

- slg 7y agoCharging different rates on car insurance based on gender is illegal in some places, including California.
- sdinsn 7y agoBut there is still a discrepancy between genders in CA.
