The download link doesn't have a preview image, but you can see one here: (http://www.identifont.com/find?font=Computer+Modern+Teletype&q=Go http://www.identifont.com/find?font=Computer+Modern+Teletype...) It's like a nicer Courier.
I used to use it for everything, but at work I've settled on 16-point Inconsolata. On a 2560x1600 display it's very easy on the eyes.
