I think they're going to have a hard time proving they were "forced" into using FBA.
- femto113 7y agoMy thought too. "Pushing" someone to use a service is very different from "requiring" them to use it. Amazon can also make a very strong case that FBA maximizes consumer value even if it doesn't minimize price.
