- draw_down 7y agoYou will never, ever, ever, ever, ever ever ever do it right according to these people. It's exhausting. Just figure out something simple that works and do that. Convene at some regular interval to discuss what's working and what isn't, and adjust accordingly. Otherwise you're stuck with this type of shit, the endless deep dives into "are we doing Scrum the right way"? It's such a waste of time. Jesus Christ.
