I don't buy that theory. Sequels' emperor looks nothing like JarJar.
- gremlinsinc 7y agoSnoke | Palpatine don't need to be jar jar.. He could be any number of bad guys... It would've redeemed his character if he was able to infiltrate the opposition by being an imbecile.
