The phrase "friendly fraud" is long-established credit card industry jargon, and it does not mean what that article seems to think it means.
- code_duck 7y agoAccording to several passages in the article, that term was used by Facebook. Whether they use it in the same way as the credit card industry, I don't know. But if FB means something different, the error does not seem to be with the article.
