I'd like to see your evidence for
a) PrEP significantly decreasing condom use
b) This being a net-negative when considering the hugely decreased risk of HIV transmission as a result.
If you believe this, don't you also believe that seatbelts encourage dangerous driving?

We’re talking about all the other potential viruses (including those known and still mutating). To think that we’re done seeing new fatal STDs is to ignore the history of biology and epidemics.
