Yes cities are designed for cars, as it should be, at least from my perspective. It also the law for a pedestrian to not jaywalk, or walk on areas of a highway or road where pedestrian traffic is not permitted. And if its not the law then it should be the law. Anyway, I acknowledge that not all people will agree and I expect both side to fight for their cause. I just hope they don't win.
