Last time I actually talked to a human at Google, they said you needed to spend $10k per month to get actual customer service... I find my ads get in and out of purgatory much faster than yours - almost always less than 24 hours. Bingo must really freak them out.

There are keyword triggers- you probably avoid them. I know groups whose ads fly in minutes.
