I forget where I read about a very early and simple attack on Amazon Alexas. Some people knew that their neighbors were going on a long vacation. So they just shouted into their house orders for the Alexa through the front door. The family didn’t get the order confirmation emails from Amazon since they were on a remote trip with no Internet access.
