    no it was crap observation, lol is appropriate. 2 or more cofounders per startup is so common that there are regular cycles of "how to pick ur cofounder" articles followed.

  not necessarily. startup founder with any number of employees may be more likely to read the site than his/her employees.

  Maybe the employees aren't on HN whereas the founders are.
