But, uh. What's the reality for tech recruiters? I would think that there are enough applicants for many jobs that finding people isn't the problem?
- xwolfi 7y agoDepends on the market, where I am with 2% unemployment all sectors, it's impossible to find an applicant, anywhere. And we have an enormous GDP, are stuck to the biggest country in the world, and currently in a social instability period reducing even more the imported talent pool. Reality for tech recruiters here is a nightmare, trying to go to other continents to beg people to come get rich...
