Lithium iron phosphate batteries don't use cobalt, and the chemistries that do use cobalt are using less and less. Lithium ion manufacturing has been migrating from 6-2-2 (iirc that's 60% nickel, 20% magnesium, 20% cobalt) to 8-1-1, to 9-0.5-0.5, and so on.
