I love putting books on hold on Libby. I basically pick out a few books I want, and when I get one, I suspend any that are close to being available so I don't have to go through the whole queue again. I usually have a problem with too many books available. Yes, I need to wait to read a specific book, but I don't need to wait to read something I have on my list.
