The only thing that should matter when hiring: the skills.
- jkmcf 7y agoLike someone above alluded to, if you have an overbearing personality, a history of poor people skills, and such, your skills probably won't matter unless you are top 1%, and even then it will depend on just how bad you are.
- whatshisface 7y agoIf an overbearing personality was a disqualification for academic positions there would be about three professors in America.
