  The first 9 release names of OSX (v10.0 - v10.8) were based on cat names after which they switched to Mavericks for v10.10: - Cheetah - Puma - Jaguar - Panther - Tiger - Leopard - Snow Leopard - Lion - Mountain Lion - Mavericks
