Parking lots or garages typically don’t have electric car chargers today. Sometimes a brand new garage here in the USA might have 2 designated BEV charging spots. My garage, which is a brand new building built in the last 5 years, has zero high voltage charging points although there are a few 110V outlets scattered throughout the garage and I occasionally see folks charging a PHEV on them. But most spots don’t have access so if you aren’t lucky and someone has parked next to the 110V outlet, too bad.
