Don't like it but there is an up side - the main links now seem to point directly to the destination, instead of google's tracking servers.
So you can see the real address in your browser's hint, at least until lets-be-evil point the link to their trackers.
- jrahmy 7y agoThe links have _ostensibly_ pointed to the destination for quite some time, at least for me. The current techniques they use for tracking clicks do not require otherwise. They just use pings[1] where supported, and a JS mouse-down event to switch the destination when clicking elsewhere.
