Until AI has desire, imagination and a sense of purpose, I don't think programmers will be losing too many jobs right away.
- greenyoda 7y agoAnd until AI can talk to the people who are paying for the code and figure out what, exactly, they want the code to do, they won't be able to write useful or correct code. (Think of how many business people you've met who can give useful specs to a developer.)
