Gotta love one-star reviews like "it doesnt work". I actually have a solution to this problem. But it probably do not suit all businesses. When signing up have a checkbox that say "I will report all bugs". Then have an easy way to report them, where other users can help with workarounds. Then follow up and answer all bug reports. I think managing bug reports is a social problem. You need to have empathy more then technical skills.
