i've explored that road actually, and it's not really possible. Besides having a US/UK/[other allowed country] account, they also require you to have an actual address in that country. There have been several developers who have been publishing paid apps for other people and they got their accounts banned.

- fierarul 16y agoIncorporating into US/UK wouldn't be possible without having some registered address there so I assume you meant having an US bank account as a person living in Romania -- I understand why they would ban that. But I doubt they would ban your US entity from publishing -- it's just another company.
