This is soooo true. Launched a software product at my company, of course it was supported 3 divisions over. Very few end users reported any bugs, which then very few of those were passed along to our division, of which management/business decided few of those were worth fixing. Once we added proper telemetry it was shocking how many errors end users were seeing.
