- throwaway8756 7y agoyeah, either that or splitting the region in two parts. Who knows, it's a very difficult situation at the moment.
- szeptik 7y agoI think a new Constitution is the only solution. It could be possible to reform the Spanish State to make it federal or confederal and hopefully this would be accepted by all the political forces involved. However, this new Constitution would have to be voted by all of Spanish citizens in a referendum, not only the Catalans.
