Why would you open source the thing you're selling as your competitive advantage?
Amazon is a business, not a charity.
- thayne 7y agoThe software is not what Amazon sells, and from what I can tell as an outsider AWS's competitive advantage primarily comes from infrastructure, operational skill, and economies of scale.
