I'm honestly shocked around how bad the experience is on the site. Mobile video especially. 30% of the time the video says "my account may not be allowed to see this video", even while logged out. Refreshing the page fixes it. But even when the video is loaded, it takes 2-3 taps on the play button to actually play. It's not even the edge cases that they have issues with, it's the basics on the site. There are some serious quality control issues happening at Twitter.
