Boeing is doing BOE-OFT, or their uncrewed flight test. SpaceX has already done this. (It was the flight with the earth plushie.) Currently, SpaceX needs to do an in-flight abort, and Boeing needs to do an uncrewed test flight before they can fly crew. Which will be first to the ISS with crew is still up in the air.
