- whalesalad 7y agoPretty sure that the engineers involved in the project were all working for top tier firms in their respective domains. How is your comment at all relevant?
- gumby 7y agoThe article even lists them and their corporate pedigrees.
- dgoog 7y agoThis isn't even news or arguable and it's highly relevant. Most people in SF are aware of how horribly managed the entire project was. The GC suit reads like the WeWork S-1: https://www.docdroid.net/sJBBHEb/webcor-obayashi-lawsuit-stamped-dated-copy-final-complaint-with-exhibit-a.pdf https://www.docdroid.net/sJBBHEb/webcor-obayashi-lawsuit-sta... and the person in particular that I'm pointing fingers at is Maria and her cronies: https://www.pressreader.com/usa/san-francisco-chronicle/20181018/281509342158896 https://www.pressreader.com/usa/san-francisco-chronicle/2018...
- caconym_ 7y agoYou're right. This project was doomed from the moment Mark Benioff sat his massive ego down in front of an AutoCAD session to design it! (/s, just in case)
