He made the mistake of being critical of a white person in power on HN. Combined with critique of a multibillion dollar tech corporation. That stuff doesn't go over well here.

- zajd 7y agoHmm, I wonder what the ideology he's battling is? Could it possibly be the hypercapitalist ideology promoted by the sorts of people who own the site? You know, the white billionaires who own and control Google, Facebook, Twitter, AirBnB, etc? Funny how some ideologies can be "fought against" safely here and others can't be. Climate change denial, a-ok. Criticizing china? It's for freedom! Labor unions? Fair game. Want to openly defend fascists?
