You should try the new scrimmage mode. The matchmaking there surprisingly works much better than on ranked matches. I.e. most of the times there are 2 good guy

You should try the new scrimmage mode. The matchmaking there surprisingly works much better than on ranked matches. I.e. most of the times there are 2 good guys, 2 mediocre guys, and 1 beginner in each team. I've had a lot of actually fun 15:15 games there.
