But isn't it regularly an argument for the absurd executive salaries that they have to shoulder so much responsibility and risk? Seems to me that they wouldn't

  The risk of going to jail was never in those arguments so I’m not sure how that’s useful. This is a new conversation about adding risks never seen in the history of business outside of explicit fraud and criminal behaviour.
