- Etheryte 7y agoDid you read the full article? Your question is addressed in the second paragraph — the aftermarket for keys was largely used by fraudsters to cash out.

- closeparen 7y agoTaking money from fraudy credit cards gives you chargebacks and poisons your relationship with payment processors. Transferring value between people requires a money transmitter license, which in turn requires a credible anti money laundering program.
