Kronos (the timeclock company) still uses flash in the enterprise timeclock application that my company uses for its hourly employees. They've told us that replacing it is "on their roadmap," but haven't told us when they plan on replacing it. (I also think that Verifone's vault for credit cards was flash based until earlier this year!)
