- 1996 7y agoCan you easily get a free /24 from AFRINIC? What kind of presence do you need? I will soon have to do a small CDN with a POP in ZA. I might as well get the IPv4 from AFRINIC if they have plenty.
- mike_d 7y agoYou need to have a business presence in Africa, not just a network presence. Cloudflare abused this long ago by creating a subsidiary on paper in Seychelles just to get as many IPs as possible, while doing no business there.
