Is this restricted by geographic location, or does this work for remote workers too? Imagine for a second you have an applicant from rural Southeast Ohio, which is a very economically depressed region, and they can't relocate. Is relocation the only way to get a decent job for such a candidate? I understand if FAANG is out of their reach what with being out in the sticks.
