Well, Chile should realize how good they have it. Those policies have made ordinary people's lives comfortable in ways unlike most of their content. People I know who have lived there and other places, and people I know who have visited after visiting elsewhere in the region, remark that they can walk the streets with relatively little fear. Have your revolution, but don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
