  I check my spam folder regularly. It's almost entirely false positives

    For a while now Google has been rejecting some mail they classify as spam at SMTP delivery time. You don’t see mail they reject that way in your spam folder.

  On Fastmail I see about one unfiltered daily spam, my address similarly available.
