If I am not mistaken Google has recently made a change to its Chrome browser (77.0.3865.105) that removed the ability to disable javascript, cookies, etc. (via chrome://settings/content or clicking to the left of the address -- "site information" -- in the address bar) for all websites when in Guest mode. It can still be disabled for individual websites. Assuming I am not mistaken, suprisingly, I have not read anything about this change. Is it possible there was no intent to stop users from turning off javascript and cookies and this was simply another example of a "flawed implementation".
