As the submitter and not the author, I stand nothing to gain by sharing the article. But, I see your point. I was thinking that when he mentioned not having a model where a mutable collection with fixed size made sense; thus, it translated to me to "arrays are harmful." I then considered "somewhat" to be pointless.
