Google recruiter reached out to me for a role in MV. I said I’d like for an NYC position. I forward my resume to him and he said he’ll forward it to NYC team. After that no reply from him. I followed up and he said they decided not to move forward. Then 2 months later I got someone to refer me at Google. I applied. The applications get stuck for 2 months now and still pending. No phone, no email, nothing from Google whatsoever. Can you tell me what happened? Did I get shadowbanned by Google?
