Does it really matter whether the CO2 is natural or man made? It seems fairly clear climate change & more frequent extreme weather events are not a good thing for us. In Colorado, for years the state government spent a lot of time and money trying to show that China was the reason we couldn't meet Federal air quality standards. It was a moronic exercise- no matter who is responsible for the ozone, we are the ones breathing it. Skip the blame game and get to fixing it.
