As tragic as this is, how is this not 100% her fault. Was the bus running a red light?
- greenyoda 7y agoIn a crosswalk, pedestrians have the right of way. So if a driver hits someone in crosswalk while making a turn, the driver is legally at fault. (But that doesn't mean that it's a good idea for people to walk across a street without paying attention.)
