One point here where I readily criticize the state is that they have a very, very narrow window during which prescribed burns are allowed to happen due to air quality management rules. Those need to be relaxed and fixed like yesterday; certainly the air quality impacts of out-of-control wildfires is far worse than the air quality impacts of prescribed burns.
