I just saw a video of a woman getting hit by a bus because she had her headphones in and looking at her cell phone crossing a crosswalk.
Not really her fault, but I guess I would have heard a bus coming.

- danieltillett 7y agoAs tragic as this is, how is this not 100% her fault. Was the bus running a red light?
- greenyoda 7y agoIn a crosswalk, pedestrians have the right of way. So if a driver hits someone in crosswalk while making a turn, the driver is legally at fault. (But that doesn't mean that it's a good idea for people to walk across a street without paying attention.)
