- beefhash 7y ago> No EU or US jurisdiction. As far as I can tell, they're based in Switzerland. The political pressure if either of them EU cough a bit will probably cause Swiss authorities to fall over immediately. I wouldn't consider myself safe in your position.
- jayalpha 7y agoMy email is not valuable enough for the US or the EU to put pressure on them. If you are so worried you have to encrypt your email anyway. A Russian hoster likely would not bend. Be advised that a Russian IP address does not help you to pass Spam filters...
