So who is that? I'm not up on my random member of congress identification skills.
- therealrootuser 7y agoThis. I just went through every picture in the latest available Congressional Pictorial Directory, and I wasn't able to make a 100% sure identification, but my best guess was Rep. Andy Barr (Kentucky).
