- elicash 7y agoMy understanding is that they have ways of discovering when something breaks beyond the user having to file a report. But I agree that Apple is terrible when it comes to communicating back to people about what they file. It doesn't happen. (They've also been bad at this for as long as I've been paying attention to these things. I don't think they're worse than they already were in the last year.)
