It seems like a spectrum of course, but it is hard to tell what region of the spectrum is being focused on.
- Hnrobert42 7y agoOne of his primary arguments in the book is that trauma is not always a dramatic event like those usually associated with PTSD. Instead, trauma, especially as experienced in childhood, can be sustained abuse, degradation, neglect with a cumulative impact equal to that of a dramatic event.
