THC should not be used during pregnancy. The longer version: there is evidence of a pathway for THC to be harmful during pregnancy. Much more study is needed. In the meantime, since THC is not needed during pregnancy, the risks clearly outweigh the benefits and pregnant persons should avoid THC.
