Obviously this doesn't apply directly to Snowden.
I would be worried about a fair trial in this type of political climate as well.
I mean, it's not the US has ever inappropriately applied the judiciary to falsely imprison a man before!
- 2OEH8eoCRo0 7y agoThe act of fleeing made it harder for himself. Had he not fled overseas and really did attempt to follow proper whisleblower procedure he would most likely be a free man today.
