I have some German specific questions since I’m currently also looking into registering a company. Which kind of business form (UG, Gmbh, einzelgewerbe) do you use? Have you used something like a „Kleingewerbe“ when you were starting out? And how do you handle all the legal stuff? And how much time do you spend on this?
